Nursing Mothers visiting the Dickinson Museum Center & Badlands Dinosaur Museum will soon have a dedicated breastfeeding and breast pumping space to feed their babies. A Mamava lactation pod will be added to the history section of the museum and later moved into the museum’s expansion. The free-standing lactation suite provides privacy, cleanliness, as well as space for a mom, her luggage and additional children that may be with her. It has a fold down table and benches plus AC and USB power outlets to plug in electric breast pumps for expressing milk. Moms must download the mamava app to get an access code to enter the pod or call the museum's phone number on the pod for the access code.
