Breastfeeding Room Description Ottenndorfer Library in the lower eastside East Village section of Manhattan is a very nursing mother friendly library. You can often find several nursing mothers gathered there to breastfeed their little ones in small groups. Just ask staff and they will direct you to a comfy spot.
