Breastfeeding Room Description Independence Hall Visitor Center in Philadelphia doesn't have a dedicated nursing mothers room, but moms there who need to pump use the Family Restrooms. There is an outlet there if you have an electric pump. Be aware of other family crews using these rooms, they are not totally private. Breastfeeding moms are free to breastfeed openly as allowed by Pennsylvania state breastfeeding law. #bfus | ||||
