Breastfeeding Room Description Capital One Arena (formerly Verizon Center, the Washington Wizards and Washington Capitals stadium) offer a conference room that moms use as a designated breastfeeding room. It's located on club level 1. There's usually a female attendant who greets nursing moms and have them signed in This nursing mom area a large flatscreen TV to watch the game, and provide baby wipes. Other nursing mom option: For help locating a private area to breastfeed or express breast milk, please go to the Guest Services area outside of Section 102 and the staff will direct you to the conference room used for breastfeeding or pumping during games and events. First Aid Locations: Note: District of Columbia (Washington DC) protects nursing mothers right to publicly breastfeed whenever and wherever she may be in public or private places without fear of harassment. A woman has the right to breastfeed in public places, where ever she is allowed to be with without harassment or discrimination. This includes using a breast pump or expressing milk by hand.
