Nursing Room Description Harbour Station arena in St John, New Bruswick has a breastfeeding room (includes breastpumping) with comfortable padded chairs and changing area.
This means more than one mom can nurse at a time, which helps reduce for other waiting nursing moms.
Harbour station stated on their website:
"There is a comfortable private room on the Arena Level reserved for nursing mothers. During some events this room may be unavailable due to security requirements. Please contact an Event Staff person for directions."
The room also can be locked, but we are not aware of an electric outlet for powered breastpumps. We will inquire and update this nursing room soon.
Some moms call it Nursing Room, Breastfeeding Room, Lactation Station, and others Lactation Room. MomsPumpHere Nursing Room Locator (also Airport Lactation Rooms Locator) is a breastfeeding room finder, nursing room finder, lactation station locator, and lactation room finder. We find moms nice, quiet places to breastfeed or breastpump no matter what they call it. Lactation rooms also help moms relieve oversupply of breast milk which can cause mastitis while breastfeeding.
From Pregnancy and maternity, to infants, toddlers, parenting and motherhood, MomsPumpHere does its best to help new moms make the transition from nursing at home to breastfeeding or breast pumping for their babies in public. Pregnancy was challenging enough mother's health, finding a nice comfortable spot to nurse your baby shouldn't be.
