FirstEnergy Stadium (Cleveland Browns stadium) have a dedicated nursing room, mothers lounge, for breastfeeding and breast pumping mothers attending games and events. Nursing rooms are available for nursing mothers, children with sensory needs, and guests for prayer space.
The rooms have soft lighting, comfortable seat, disposal bin, changing table, a desk for placing breastfeeding or pumping items, and sanitary wipes.
LOCATIONS:
Located at sections 118, 349, and 514.
Your options are to breastfeed openly which state of Ohio legally allows and protects, ask guest services for help finding a private space to nurse, or try the first aid station.

Lower Level Main Concourse Sec: 127 & 139
Club Level Concourse Sec: 316 & 342
Upper Level Concourse Sec: 508 & 533
GUEST SERVICES location:
Located in all general seating areas. Please see a law enforcement officer, usher or event staff for assistance.
If you have questions or need assistance while you are in the Stadium, the Main Guest Services Booth is located near Section 102. There also are Guest Service Booths near Sections 305, 312, 329, 338, 342, 533 and 509 and kiosks at each of the main gates.

1:(r)An employer shall provide—
(A) a reasonable break time for an employee to express breast milk for her nursing child for 1 year after the child’s birth each time such employee has need to express the milk; and
(B) a place, other than a bathroom, that is shielded from view and free from intrusion from coworkers and the public, which may be used by an employee to express breast milk.
2: An employer shall not be required to compensate an employee receiving reasonable break time under paragraph (1) for any work time spent for such purpose.
3: An employer that employs less than 50 employees shall not be subject to the requirements of this subsection, if such requirements would impose an undue hardship by causing the employer significant difficulty or expense when considered in relation to the size, financial resources, nature, or structure of the employer’s business.
