Office of Local Health in Rutland Vermont has a Comfortable place to feed your baby or express breast milk. Open to the public whenver the office is open, this dedicated nursing room is on the first floor of the Asa Bloomer Building. The basic amenities include it's lockable door, proper lighting, a wall outlet, the chair is comfortable enough to have a pleasant and private feeding or pumping experience.
A side note, nursing moms are also allowed to legally openly breastfeed in the state of Vermont.
