San Antonio Airport provide nursing moms on the go with a dedicated nursing suite that is the Terminal A Lactation Room: It's located at Gate A14-16. All breastfeeding and breast pumping mothers, including siblings and dad are welcome to be with mom as she nurses or pumps.
