The Potteries Shopping Centre said their parent and baby rooms are on hand to give mums a calming and peaceful environment to rest, change a nappy, or breastfeed. The baby changing facilities include nappy dispensers and private areas for feeding.

There are two clean and kept parents rooms. One on level 6 Roof Mall next to the toilets, the second within Debenhams by the childrenswear department. We have a dedicated room for breastfeeding.

Mum Dezrin, from Trentham, said this about the baby changing area in the children’s section of the store in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.  "I went in there and there were two toilets, a baby changing area and a chair."
