Caesar's Palace Forum Shops does not have a designated nursing room, however the women's restroom on the third floor (off of the Vegas strip) provides a small seating area to breastfeed or manual breastpump. Although, not ideal to breastfeed or breastpump within the vicinity of toilets but this does the job if you need a space to go.
