LaGuardia Airport (LGA) has seven lactation spaces for traveling breastfeeding and breast pumping moms (one dedicated and spacious Nursing Room and six Mamava nursing pods) across their four terminals.

LOCATIONS:

The main lactation room is located in Terminal B near Gate 47 - After Security. Baggage / Gates - Level 2. The upgraded Terminal B also features a play area for younger children traveling with parents.

All nursing rooms and mamava suites are located below:

Nursing Room:
Terminal B, post-security, new Gates 40-59, offers a sink, changing table and a rocking chair

Mamava Nursing Pods:

The Mamava pods/suites are equipped with two benches and an electrical outlet. Their doors fully shut, and the rooms are large enough to fit a family of four plus luggage.

Laguardia Airport has several mamava suites and will most likely add more in the future, like fellow NY/NJ Port Authority airports JFK International airport and Newark Liberty International airport.

1. Mamava pods are private and secure with roomy benches, spaces for a stoller, and a place to plug in your breast pump.
   
   


2. Access the pods with their app.
   
   


3. The smart lock ensures pods are secure for nursing moms. Turn on your phone's to connect.
   
   


4. Plan ahead. Find the best pods and spaces before you arrive at the airport.
   
   


5. You can even bookmark pods at your terminal.

NOTE:
State of New York breastfeeding law allow nursing mothers to breastfeed openly in public places.
